The
Eleventh International Congress on Medical and Applied Malacology will be held in Rio de Janeiro – UERJ (State University of Rio de Janeiro),
Brazil, from 25th to 29th September 2012. The 11th ICMAM will be a great opportunity for professional, student and amateur malacologists to meet and discuss their research and also to exchange ideas and methodologies. In order to reach these purposes, there will be plenary lectures, oral presentations and a poster session. The fundamental aim of this Congress will be to assemble researchers interested in several aspects of Malacology:

Ecology and Biodiversity;
Education and Teaching;
